Terms & Conditions

Ark-Rx Text Messaging Program

These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in the Ark-Rx SMS program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Ark-Rx related to pharmacy services and account support.

Program Overview

Ark-Rx uses SMS to communicate service-related information such as prescription status updates, refill reminders, pickup notifications, order questions, account notices, and other pharmacy-related operational messages.

Promotional or marketing text campaigns are not included under these terms unless Ark-Rx publishes separate consent language and separate program terms for that purpose.

Consent

By submitting your mobile number through an Ark-Rx form, account workflow, intake process, or other documented consent method, you agree to receive text messages from Ark-Rx at the number provided.

Your consent is not a condition of purchase. You represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided or that you have authority to provide consent for that number.

Message Types

You may receive transactional messages that include prescription ready notices, refill reminders, prescription coordination messages, account follow-ups, service alerts, support responses, and similar operational communications.

These messages are intended to facilitate your relationship with Ark-Rx and support pharmacy service delivery.

Frequency and Fees

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity with Ark-Rx, your prescriptions, and any support requests you initiate or respond to.

Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan. Ark-Rx does not charge a separate fee to receive text messages through this program.

Help and Opt-Out

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming your opt-out.

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact Ark-Rx through the contact methods listed on the website.

Privacy

Information collected as part of the SMS program is subject to the Ark-Rx Privacy Policy. Mobile information, opt-in data, and consent records will not be shared or sold to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Ark-Rx may share information with service providers only as necessary to operate the messaging program, provide pharmacy-related services, comply with legal obligations, or protect the rights and safety of Ark-Rx and its users.

Supported Carriers

Message delivery depends on effective transmission from your wireless carrier and may be subject to carrier availability, handset compatibility, or service interruptions.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility

You are responsible for providing a valid mobile number and updating Ark-Rx if your number changes. If your mobile number is reassigned, your consent to receive messages at that number terminates when you no longer control the number.

By opting in, you confirm that you are at least the age required to consent under applicable law or that you have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required.

  1. Ark-Rx may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted to this page, unless a different effective date is stated.
  2. Ark-Rx may suspend or terminate the SMS program at any time, including for maintenance, compliance, operational, or legal reasons.
  3. If any provision of these terms is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  4. These terms apply only to the Ark-Rx transactional SMS program and do not replace any broader website terms, patient agreements, or privacy notices that may also apply.
